Mia — Sinusitis
Your family's medical memory.
Every prescription, lab, and outcome — captured, connected, and instantly searchable. Built for the question every doctor asks: what did we try last time?
- HIPAA-aligned
- Encrypted at rest
- Free for families
Your records exist. They're just everywhere.
Pharmacy receipts in a drawer, labs in three portals, a discharge summary on the fridge. Hamdosh pulls the scatter into one timeline that actually remembers.
Capture once. It remembers forever.
The magic isn't storage — it's how everything connects, and how a single outcome turns a stack of paper into a queryable memory.

Upload
Snap a script, drop a lab PDF, forward a summary.
- 02
Extract
OCR reads the fields. You confirm before anything saves.

Script, receipt, lab, follow-up — one encounter.

Remember
A gentle nudge captures the outcome. Now it knows.
Every member. Every year. One timeline.
Encounters, prescriptions, labs, and outcomes line up in a single scrollable history — color-coded by what actually worked. Switch between family members, or see everyone at once.
- Sticky year markers as you scroll back through the years
- Outcomes color-coded — see at a glance what worked
- One keystroke to switch members, or view the whole family
A private memory layer for the messy reality of family health.
Six things working together — capture, structure, and recall — so the next clinic visit starts with answers, not a shrug.
Encounter grouping
A prescription, its receipt, the lab it ordered, and the follow-up are one event. Browse by what happened — not by file format.
OCR with confidence
Every upload is scanned with a confidence score per field. Verify or edit before it saves — and your records are encrypted before they ever touch storage.
Treatment outcomes
Did it work? Partial? Side effect? One tap, three states — captured a week after every prescription. The data flywheel.
Smart search
"What did Mom take last time for migraine?" Returns the dose, the outcome, and the original photo — in under a second.
Family roll-up
One household, every member. Children, partners, elderly parents. Switch profiles, or see the whole family timeline.
HIPAA-aligned security
AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS in transit, append-only audit log on every PHI read, RBAC on shared records. Built to be auditable.
Three screens that do most of the work.
Dad — Hypertension review
Lipid panel
LDL slightly elevated
Scroll back through years. Sticky year markers, color-coded outcomes, every member in one place.
Every field shows its OCR confidence. You verify in seconds; the system learns your doctor's handwriting.
Ask in plain language. Answers come with the dose, the outcome, and the original document attached.
Your data stays yours.
We never sell your records, and never train external AI models on them without your explicit consent. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated to your account — and one click from export, or deletion, forever.
The things people ask first.
Is Hamdosh a medical device or AI doctor?
No. Hamdosh is a private memory layer for your own records. It surfaces what happened, never what to do. Every insight is framed as 'last time, X was prescribed, with outcome Y' — never as advice. Always discuss treatment with your doctor.
Where is my data stored?
On encryption-first infrastructure that we operate — not on your device. File uploads are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're written to object storage (Cloudflare R2), and structured records are encrypted field-by-field in our database. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS) and isolated to your account; our security posture is HIPAA-aligned (not yet certified). Full export is always one click away.
Are you HIPAA certified?
HIPAA-aligned, not yet certified. We implement the technical safeguards (encryption at rest and in transit, audit logs, access controls, consent grants) and design for an eventual audit. We never claim certified compliance until we've earned the stamp.
Do you train AI on my records?
Never without your explicit, per-purpose consent — and we never sell your data. By default, OCR runs on our own servers (not a third-party model), and during processing your records are decrypted only transiently in memory, never written to disk unencrypted. Any feature that would send data to an external AI provider is opt-in and labelled as such.
Who is Hamdosh for?
Caregivers — parents managing kids' and aging parents' care, partners of someone with a chronic condition, anyone tired of repeating their medical history at every new clinic. Solo users welcome too.
What if I don't want to use it anymore?
Export your full record as a ZIP of PDFs and JSON at any time. Delete your account and we wipe the data — including encrypted backups — within 30 days. You came in with your records; you leave with them.
